Lynette Sacco is designated as a Registered Professional Counsellor.
She is also a provider for Victim Services, the Workers
Compensation Board, and Arete within Winnipeg.
Crystal Barenz is designated as a Canadian Certified Counsellor.
Currently, we are offering in-person, virtual, and phone sessions. Virtual
sessions are PHIPA/PIPEDA compliant, utilizing the DOXY online video platform,
which our clients have found to be very user-friendly. If you choose to meet in
person, ensure you are not experiencing COVID symptoms and have quarantined if
required due to exposure, travel, etc.
Payments in the form of cash, cheque, VISA / Mastercard,
and e-transfers are all accepted. The Square Reader will provide receipts for
your counselling services following the session. E-transfers will need to be
completed and sent prior to the session.
For Employment Assistance Program (EAP) services, the client will be
responsible for submitting their receipts to their insurance provider to be
reimbursed for their therapy sessions. Many EAP providers only cover services
rendered by a licensed psychologist.
Our cancellation policy is as follows. Clients are responsible for providing
a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule their
appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a late cancellation fee
of 50% of the session cost. No-shows or forgotten appointments will be charged
the full session fee.
